Digital Trunk Show: Something Old, Something New
Dear friends,
We are so pleased to share that we will be starting the new year with a three day a digital trunk show. Your favourite Choo Yilin pieces (and some new ones) will be available for purchase online from only 26th to 28th January 2024, in good time to reach you for Valentines’ Day and to usher in the Lunar New Year.
Something Old
We have been working with our artisans to create some of your favourites — pieces from our waitlisted collections, including Peranakan Flower, Hydrangea, Renda and Sakura. An extremely limited number of bangles will also be available, amongst them just three exquisite Lunar Jade bangles.
Something New
We are incredibly excited to introduce a new collection to the Choo Yilin Universe, the Warisan Diadem, an homage to the head pieces worn by royalty and Peranakan brides through history.
Something Borrowed, Something Very Old
The Digital Trunk Show will also spotlight estate fine jewellery, personally handpicked from the Choo Yilin archive of antique jewellery, collected by our founder over the years. When we started procuring these estate pieces, we saw ourselves borrowing from history; temporary guardians of historically significant artifacts.
These pieces are extremely rare and impossible to replicate, featuring techniques that modern craftsman no longer learn. They have been thoughtfully restored and woven with our signature Type-A Jadeite.
During the trunk show, six beautifully reimagined pieces from our Estate Collection will be available for purchase. Each piece is the only one of its kind in the world.
Something Bonus: Lavender Jade x The Hydrangea Collection
We’ve also combined two of your all-time favourites, and for the first time ever, will be presenting the Hydrangea collection in (incredibly hard to procure) custom-cut Type-A Lavender Jade.

Priority Access
We extend first dibs to our Choo Yilin community, with early access to The Digital Trunk Show on the 26th and 27th of January 2024. A secret password to unlock our site will be shared exclusively with our subscribers before the event. The Digital Trunk Show will go live at 10 AM (SGT) on 26th January 2024, Friday.
Public Access
The Digital Trunk Show will be open to the public for one day only, on the 28th of January 2024. We appreciate your understanding that the pieces will be available in extremely limited numbers.
