So much of what we do at Choo Yilin honours the journeys of our grandparents and their grandparents - their legacies; our heritage. Heritage at the Heart is a 5-part series of photoshoots where we delve into how contemporary Southeast Asian weddings pay homage to tradition and rich culture alongside our good friend, Dahlia Mohd, co-founder of En Pointe.

Through it, we hope to demonstrate the marriage of our present-day dreams with the complex, beautiful heritage of our grandparents’ pasts.
